Vinyl sides are created using transitions from the primary digital masters. One WAV for each side is rendered at 24 bit 96 kHz with peak levels optimized for lacquer cutting.
For optimal volume, bass and noise levels, the ideal side length is no longer than 20 min. Longer albums can use a 4 sided, double LP to keep side lengths under 20 min.
